It is possible for Ukrainian citizens to reapply for a visa or renew their visa to the United States without being interviewed at the embassy. The first step is to create an account on the Registration web page and fill out the preliminary questionnaire, pay the application fee and fill in the visa application DS-160. Then, you will be required to send the following documents to the Embassy by mail.
This is the minimum package of documents that is required but depending on the visa category and your individual case, it may change.
It is important to know if you have lost your passport with an American visa or changed your surname, you can also reapply without appearing in person at the embassy. Children under the age of 14 and people over the age of 80 can also use the visa renewal procedure.

Be aware that the embassy may call you for an interview, having previously contacted you to schedule a convenient date. If this occurs, don’t assume that anything is wrong.
