Posted by Avisa:   08.01.2021

There are a lot of visa types to visit Canada and today we will talk in more detail about the super visa to Canada.  Canada's visa requirements are such that every foreign person who has  a plan to visit Canada must have a border permit.  This requirement does not apply to citizens of countries with a visa-free agreement with Canada. Unfortunately, our country is not on this list of countries, so every Ukrainian needs to apply for a visa, i.e., a permit to enter.

What is a super visa to Canada and who may to apply for it?

The super visa to Canada 2021 is intended for parents or grandparents of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada who plan to visit their relatives for up to two yearsThe visa is issued for 10 years .

To be eligible for a super visa to Canada you must:

When deciding whether to issue a super visa to Canada, the visa officer will consider the documents of both the host and the inviting party. The invitee will have to prove to the Embassy that after the expiration of his visa, he/she will return to the country of permanent residence. The visa officer will pay attention to the  ties with the country of residence, the financial component of the applicant, and the economic and political stability of the country of residence.

A super visa to Canada is not an immigrant visa, so your  rights will be limited as compared to citizens or residents of the country. With this type of visa, you cannot:

Here is a list of documents you will need to get a super visa to Canada:

As well, as all applicants must fill out three application forms: about themselves, about their family and one for additional information. Translation of documents is also necessary.
